Today we startet to work on the moving part. First off all we start exploring the
TCM SP-Robo-01.

So we removed everything we don´t need.

Tomorrow we will start to put all pieces together. So far we have two Arduinos.
One for the GB Printer and the other one works as a little extra Brain for the
Robo base compound. There will be also a little mini itx for running the
facedetection software (open cv) and our own printing app.

Today I tested an old fax paper roll and the resolution is much better.

MR. MAUS DID IT!

After messing around with bits and bytes there is a working processing sketch
which grabs automatically pictures from the open cv facedetection framework and
prints them out with the hacked GB Printer.

Now we need better thermoprinter paper for better resolution. The gameboy paper
we got is much to old.

The old thermo-paper lacks some definition.

Today a we got a new GB Printer and the cool thing is that we got original
GB Printer Paper in 3 Colors (yellow,blue and white).

I’ve been talking to the printer all day and now he responded for the first time.

UPDATE: It prints. Oh Joy!

For our latest project ben and me startet to play around with this funny
gameboy printers.

So first thing we did was to open it and start to figure out which pins are
used for printing. We want to use the printer with an ardunio, so the next
days will show us if we are on the right way.
